One4 Health is a non-profit organization with a clear mission: to create forward-looking infrastructure for the care and research of complex diseases.

Our ecosystem connects treatment centers, patients, research and industry on one shared platform, with medical registries, integrated care solutions and state-of-the-art data protection and security.

We were founded on the conviction that innovative therapies need a new kind of support: independent, transparent and governed by the medical expert community. Not by us as the operator, but by those who carry clinical responsibility.

One4 Health is non-profit and built on innovative data democracy. Project governance and access to data are in the hands of independent boards composed of experts and medical societies. This is not a promise. It is our architecture.
