By design, One4 Health and contractors have no access to patient data. They cannot read, extract or pass it on. For clinics, this means the platform can support care and research digitally without being able to read patient data itself.
Patient data is encrypted with the treatment center's center key. Each center has full and exclusive access to all data of its patients.
The blockchain acts as immutable proof of data handling: what exists, when it was created or changed, and who accessed it. Patient data itself is never stored on-chain.
